Shipping and Delivery
We provide shipping within New Zealand via courier for all products purchased.

|Combined order||Orders will be combined to save on shipping costs|
|Shipping cost||Our base shipping is set at $5 per order regardless of the order size. Additional options can be selected during order process for signature, saturday delivery, etc.|
Active Automation attempts to hold stock in country for all orders, however in the event that you select an item that is out of stock our website will let you know. You can choose to back order this item and we will contact you to confirm a delivery time. Back-ordered items can have an extended leadtime and be anywhere from 1 week to 1 month.
If for some reason we are unable to fullful your order, we will contact you and confirm a new delivery date or arrange a refund or store credit.
Active Automation ships with two main courier companies. Tracking numbers are included in the shipping confirmation email you receive once the order has been packed. There is some delay between the shipping confirmation email being sent to you and the courier picking up your package. Please allow a day before checking courier tracking status.
